Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Commercial Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect. Crew Members support daily landscape maintenance, seasonal services, and improvement projects across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and blowing
• Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal, fall cleanup, mulching, and plant rotations
• Support installation of landscape enhancements, plantings, and site improvements
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas on all job sites
• Operate landscape equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to ensure quality and consistency
• Represent Trilogy Services with professionalism on every property

Qualifications

• Prior landscape or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and follow company standards and safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license required
• All candidates must provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the U.S.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of commercial irrigation systems. This role is essential to ensuring plant health, water efficiency, and consistent performance across our clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, heads, and lines
• Perform seasonal system startups, audits, adjustments, and winterizations
• Diagnose coverage issues, leaks, electrical faults, and pressure irregularities
• Program and optimize irrigation controllers for efficiency and plant health
• Document repairs, recommendations, and system conditions for client reporting
• Collaborate with Crew Leaders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work practices on all job sites
• Represent Trilogy Services with professionalism and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Prior experience with commercial irrigation systems required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with major irrigation brands and controller platforms
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver’s license required; backflow certification a plus 
• All candidates must provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the U.S.
